So you have accidentally deleted that important file or worse the one copy of this family photo?
It happened if you ask me the other day when I thought we would do a bit of a cleanup of my computer, deleted an entire heap of files as well as like a little too diligent I emptied the Recycle Bin straight away, I was so efficient that day....
Unfortunately I was a tad too efficient along deleted an entire folder packed with photos that I didn't have copies of elsewhere!

I tried a number of random free file recovery programs that I found after searching around although the first program I tried couldnt get the files I had deleted and instead found all files I didn't have to get back! The second program I tried am complicated that I wasn't sure the best way to even locate the deleted files with fields, filetypes, date ranges and many types of other things I had to select from simply to look for my deleted files! I just wanted something simple that could get the job done with little fuss. The last program I tried sent my virus checker crazy reporting trojan viruses plus a keylogger of some sort!
I then spent another hour checking my computer for Viruses as I do my internet banking for this computer and wish to donate my bank balance to organised crime..
Well I didn't desire to add obtaining a Virus to my list of problems so I looked around even more on the web and stumbled on a webpage that gave some very useful instructions from your guy that runs some type of computer workshop and seemed very familiar with these kinds of problem! His blog recommended several basic procedures to try to even some software he uses in their workshop each day fixing his clients computers.
Well I followed his advice and chose to purchase some recover file software that he recommended, installed and ran it, This program recovered every one of my photos in seconds and it turned out so easy!!!
I wish I had found his site in the first place because it could have saved me a lot of time and frustration!
Anyway mcdougal is /Armstrongslab it's worth checking out although you may do not have to recover any photos right now and he had other cool tips on the way to fix a hard drive that were damaged by power surge.
